My design for a vocaloid!

So here's my design, don't mind the guy (Kotaru from negima) Chizu Aisaka is her name... And she's wearing shorts if ya wonder.... Um... I want her to have blond hair You can decie her eyecolor yourself and I want her rosette (ribbon) to be red, dark red if possible. Dunnu what color on shirt but I was thinking the shorts like jeans blue or something, doesn't really matter...
And, right the cat ears black XD
